so i get to work yesterday,and all the lights were off except the emergency lights. come to find out all the power at work was out(that leaves about 3500 ppl in the dark, and the ironic part is we work at a nuclear power plant haha). I come in at 6 A.M at around 8 it was brought to our attention that we wouldnt have power till about 11, so i walked out to my car and plugged my phone in because it was dying. About 30 minutes after letting it charge i go and grab my phone only to see the picture from above and the caption dad is at the hospital, ok and most ppl would think if there was something really wrong i wouldnt get a picture right? But how many ppl sit there and think about that, so i ran in told my boss i was leaving grab my keys and darted out the door, sped all the way there freaking out hardcore before finally gettin my mom on the phone. Asked her what happened if he was ok where they were all in one breath while gasping for air, she began to laugh which was a shock and kind of a relief but to much for me to take in at the time. she began to explain that the night before my dad decided to take the dogs out to the back yard(my dogs were staying with them for the night cuz i was at the ALO concert which i have a few pics from) my dad paused the movie him my brother and his fiance were watching to take them out, as they got out to the back screened in portch my dad bent down to pick up my puppy, as he did this Kobe jumped up and pretty much kicked him from behind haha. My father ended up tearing 2 tendons in his knee as he fell down the 3 brick stairs in the back yard. about fifteen minutes later my brother went to look for him and found him laying out there in massive pain. it scared the crap out of me seeing that picture and i feel so bad that my dogs did this, he is in so much pain and he has to get surgery now, and to say more that knee isnt even the bad knee, well untill now.
